Adam Beck: Adam Beck is an attorney in Philadelphia and alumnus of President Barack Obama's campaigns in both 2008 and 2012. Adam graduated from The George Washington University with a degree in political science and has studied in Italy at the American University of Rome and attended Georgetown University. In 2006, Adam became the youngest person ever to win county-wide office in York County by winning a seat on the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee. Prior to moving to Washington, he ran the Kerry-Edwards campaign in York, was senior counselor to Mayor John Brenner and an adviser to former U.S. Rep. Joseph Hoeffel. While in Washington, Adam interned for Congressman Tim Holden (D-PA) and worked for the governors of Illinois and Louisiana, in addition to being a consultant to U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy in one of the closest contests in 2006. He was one of the first interns on the Obama for America campaign in Chicago. He also spent a year as a civil rights specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice and has been a national editor and senior fellow at The Roosevelt Institute. Adam is an avid runner, poker player and occasional stand-up comedian.
